Reasonable wear definition

Reasonable wear means wear that is not a result of or partially related to violations of this Contract, negligence of the Resident, carelessness of the Resident, accident, or abuse cause by the Resident. Resident’s obligations under this paragraph survive even after the termination of this Contract.
Reasonable wear means reasonable wear and tear consistent with the age and operational use of an Aircraft.

Examples of Reasonable wear in a sentence

  • Reasonable wear means wear which occurs without negligence, carelessness, accident or abuse.

  • Reasonable wear and tear of the vehicle shall mean only the normal deterioration of the vehicle caused by ordinary and reasonable use.

  • Reasonable wear and tear of the Equipment shall mean only the normal deterioration of the Equipment caused by ordinary and reasonable use on a one shift (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week) basis.

  • Reasonable wear is expected of textbooks as a result of normal use.

  • Reasonable wear and tear include deterioration of the Property that occurs during normal use of the Property.

  • Reasonable wear and tear from use and obsolescence to the room shall be accepted.

  • Reasonable wear and tear is expected; however, unreasonable waste, damaged or lost items will result in the parent/student being financially responsible for replacement.

  • Reasonable wear and tear of the Equipment shall mean only the normal deterioration of the Equipment caused by ordinary and reasonable use on a one shift basis (as defined in Section 12 below).

  • Reasonable wear and tear is the only exceptions to damage to the premises.
