Reasonably suspected definition
Reasonably suspected means an objectively reasonable suspicion that a person would entertain, based upon facts that could cause a reasonable person in a like position, drawing, when appropriate, on his or her training and experience, to suspect abuse.
Reasonably suspected means where an individual(s) has concerns that the behaviour or actions of another person (including a person of concern) are putting children or others at risk of sexual abuse or harm. Review of the safety agreement: means the intentional consideration that the terms of a safety agreement are being met and can be met including in circumstances of an alleged breach/breach of the safety agreement and a change of monitor/s.
Reasonably suspected means a situation that would motivate a person of ordinary intelligence under the circumstances to believe, based on observations or conversations, that a child has been or is being abused.
