Rebate Accounts definition

Rebate Accounts means Accounts owing to a Credit Party from any Account Debtor representing the respective Credit Party’s proportionate share of any rebates payable to such Account Debtor by any Person as a result of the sale of Inventory by such Credit Party to such Account Debtor.
Rebate Accounts means Accounts owing to a Borrower from a dealer for an Acceptable Chassis Manufacturer representing such Borrower's proportionate share of rebates payable to such dealer by any such Acceptable Chassis Manufacturer by reason of the sale of motor vehicle chassis to such Borrower.
Rebate Accounts means the Series 1997B Rebate Account, the Series 1998B Rebate Account, the Series 2011 Rebate Account, and the Series 2015B Rebate Account.
