Rebate Percentage definition

Rebate Percentage means an amount (expressed in a percentage) equal to the average total rebate required under section 1927(c) of the Social Security Act with respect to each dosage, form, and strength of a single source or innovator multiple source drug during the preceding calendar quarter; divided by the AMP for such a unit of the drug during such quarter.

(o) "Wholesaler" means any entity, having a wholesale distributor's license, to which a Manufacturer sells the covered outpatient drug, but which does not relabel or repackage the covered outpatient drug.
