Rebate Reserve definition

Rebate Reserve means an amount equal to the accounting reserve for rebates on the Receivables determined in the ordinary course of business in accordance with GAAP according to policies consistently applied (and consistent with the Originators’ practices in effect on the date hereof) and reported on the Settlement Report related to, or in anticipation of, rebates affecting the Receivables.
Rebate Reserve means, at any time of determination, an amount owing or payable to Account Debtors pursuant to incentive marketing programs or similar programs, as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion from time to time.
Rebate Reserve means the aggregate balance of each Originator’s General Ledger Accounts 00-0000-00 and 00-0000-00 which reflect estimated year-to-date volume rebates earned but not yet paid to customers based on eligible purchases.

Rebate Reserve means $25,000, which amount may be adjusted quarterly at the sole discretion of the Lender based on the estimated amount of rebate payments payable by Borrower to the U.S. General Services Administration and the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency.
