REBNY Standard definition
REBNY Standard means establishing the useable area of a particular area by using the “Recommended Method of Floor Measurement for Office Buildings” effective January 1, 1987 found in the Real Estate Board of New York, Inc. Diary and Manual dated 1989.
Examples of REBNY Standard in a sentence
The rentable square footage of any partial floor, to the extent it needs to be determined with respect to any of the matters set forth in the preceding sentence, shall be computed using the REBNY Standard and applying a twenty-one percent (21%) loss factor thereto.
