REC Price definition
REC Price means the price for each REC in $/REC, as specified in Appendix A.
REC Price is equal to $XX.XX/MWh. Test Energy Rate: Prior to COD, Buyer will purchase all Test Energy and any associated Product at 50% of net CAISO revenues associated with Facility Energy.
