Recall Claims definition

Recall Claims means any and all claims, other than any claims under any Assumed Contract or any other Acquired Asset, of the Sellers against third parties which refer, relate or pertain in any way to M▇▇▇▇▇ U.S.’ product recalls in 2002, 2003 and March of 2004.
