Receivable Repurchase Price definition

Receivable Repurchase Price means, with respect to any Receivable and any date of determination, the Remaining Funded Amount of such Receivable, plus all accrued and unpaid interest on the Remaining Funded Amount of such Receivable at the applicable APR through the date on which such Receivable is repurchased.
Receivable Repurchase Price means, with respect to any Receivable and any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Outstanding Receivable Principal Balance of such Receivable, plus (b) all accrued and unpaid interest on the Outstanding Receivable Principal Balance of such Receivable at the applicable Annual Percentage Rate related to such Receivable through the date on which such Receivable is repurchased.
