More Definitions of Receivable Systems

Receivable Systems means all material computer applications (including, but not limited to those of its suppliers and vendors and any third party servicers) which are related to or involved in the origination, collection, management or servicing of the Receivables.

Related to Receivable Systems

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.

  • Receivable Reserves means, as of any date of determination, those reserves that Agent deems necessary or appropriate, in its Permitted Discretion and subject to Section 2.1(c), to establish and maintain (including reserves for rebates, discounts, warranty claims, and returns) with respect to the Eligible Accounts or the Maximum Revolver Amount.

  • Receivable Interest means, at any date of determination, an undivided percentage ownership interest in (a) all then outstanding Pool Receivables arising prior to the time of the most recent computation or recomputation of such undivided percentage interest pursuant to Section 1.03, (b) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables and (c) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, such Pool Receivables and Related Security. Each undivided percentage interest shall be computed as where:

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Ineligible Receivables shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.05(a).

  • Health-care-insurance receivable means an interest in or claim under a policy of insurance which is a right to payment of a monetary obligation for health-care goods or services provided.

  • Liquidated Receivable means a Defaulted Receivable as to which the related Financed Vehicle has been liquidated by the Servicer.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Intercompany Receivables means all account, note or loan payables and all advances (cash or otherwise) or any other extensions of credit that are receivable by Seller or any of its Affiliates (other than the Company or its Subsidiaries) from the Bank, the Company or its other Subsidiaries.

  • Receivables Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Accounts Receivable Securitization.
