Receivables Advance Amount definition

Receivables Advance Amount means, as of any Funding Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the difference between (i) the aggregate Receivables Balance of all Eligible Receivables (excluding Pre-Funded Receivables) after taking into account the pledge of Subsequent Receivables on such Funding Date and (ii) the Current Peak Note Percentage Reserve Amount plus (b) the Pre-Funded Collateral plus (c) cash in the Collection Account (excluding any amounts necessary to pay amounts required to be paid pursuant to clause First through Tenth of Section 5.03 (b) hereof on the next Payment Date, to the extent such amounts are identified on or before the Funding Date.)
Receivables Advance Amount means (i) with respect to the Closing Date, an amount equal to the product of (A) the aggregate Receivable Balance of all Eligible Receivables times (B) the Note Percentage, and (ii) with respect to each Funding Date, an amount equal to (y) the product of (A) the aggregate Receivable Balance of all Eligible Receivables after taking into account the pledge of the Subsequent Receivables on such Funding Date times (B) the Note Percentage minus (z) the Note Principal Balance as of such Funding Date (after taking into account any distributions to be made on such Funding Date).
Receivables Advance Amount means, in respect of an Eligible Receivable, the amount produced by (i) deducting from the face amount of such Eligible Receivable the maximum discounts, credits and allowances of any nature which may be taken by or granted to such account debtor or any other person in connection with such Eligible Receivable and (ii) multiplying the resultant balance by the applicable Receivables Percentage.

Related to Receivables Advance Amount

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Subservicer Advance Any delinquent installment of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan which is advanced by the related Subservicer (net of its Subservicing Fee) pursuant to the Subservicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Payment Advance means, with respect to any 20[•]-[•] Lease and any Collection Period, an amount equal to the difference between the Monthly Payment due and the Lessee Partial Monthly Payment.
