Receivables Excess Availability definition
Receivables Excess Availability means, at any time, the sum of (i) Available Capital plus (ii) Cash Assets at such time.
Receivables Excess Availability has the meaning set out in the U.S. RPA.

Receivables Excess Availability means Available Capital plus cash proceeds of Pool Receivables in a Deposit Account in the Agent’s name.
