Receivables Facilities definition

Receivables Facilities means one or more receivables financing facilities or arrangements, as amended from time to time, pursuant to which the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries sells (including a sale in exchange for a promissory note of or Equity Interest in an Accounts Receivable Subsidiary) its accounts receivable, related assets and the provision of billing, collection and other services in connection therewith, in each case to an Accounts Receivable Subsidiary.

Receivables Facilities means any facility that provides for Qualified Receivables Transactions.

Receivables Facilities has the meaning set forth in the EFH Indenture or the EFIH Indenture, as applicable.

Receivables Facilities means the several non-recourse receivables finance facilities provided by various financial institutions as entered into from time to time and as amended and restated from time to time;

Receivables Facilities means (i) the Mexican long-term Certificados Bursátiles AERMXCB17 and AERMXCB19 issued by the Irrevocable Trust Agreement F/1748 entered into by Deutsche Bank México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, CIBanco, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, and Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V., and (ii) the Regulatory Credit Facility Agreement for Stand-By and Security Letter of Credit Operations dated June 20, 2013 between BBVA Bancomer, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer and Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V.

Receivables Facilities means, collectively, (a) the transaction contemplated by this Agreement and the First Tier Agreement; (b) any successor trade receivables securitization facility which refinances and replaces all or part of the transaction referenced in clause (a) above; or (c) any one or more other trade receivables securitization financings of Ashland, any other Originator or any Subsidiary thereof.

Receivables Facilities means, collectively, the U.S. DFS Commercial Receivables Facilities, the U.S. Revolving Consumer Receivables Facility and the EMEA Receivables Facility.
