Facilities Provided. Subject to temporary disruption due to construction or remodeling, each school shall provide:
(a) Faculty lounge space;
(b) Faculty rest rooms separate from students;
(c) Duplicating and typing facilities;
(d) Furnishings and furniture properly maintained;
(e) A desk, clothing locker or closet, and safe and secure storage space for materials and supplies for each employee;
(f) Parking facilities;
Facilities Provided. The Glasshouse may at its discretion make available for the use by the Hirer, at the Hirer’s cost in all respects, such facilities equipment additional areas and services as are required by the Hirer provided always that the Glasshouse shall not be responsible for the adequacy or suitability of such facilities, equipment, additional areas or services;
Facilities Provided. 4 Every effort shall be made to provide the following facilities and equipment: 5
6 1. Adequate space in each classroom in which employees may safely store 7 instructional materials and supplies; 8
9 2. An employee work area containing adequate equipment and supplies to aid in the 10 preparation of instructional materials; 11
12 3. In addition to the aforementioned work area, an appropriately furnished room, 13 which will include a telephone to be reserved for the use of the employees, as a 14 faculty lounge;
16 4. A serviceable desk and chair and filing cabinet of adequate size for employee use
Facilities Provided. Filing cabinet to be exclusively for the use of the Union. Other normal office facilities. The Union shall be responsible for the payment of any long distance charges.
Facilities Provided. K1.1 The Client shall make available at no cost all designated catering areas. K1.2 The Client will provide at no cost, changing and washroom facilities, all power and utilities for the operation of the Contract and such other reasonable items of equipment as the Client deems appropriate for the successful operation of the Contract.
Facilities Provided. 4 Every effort shall be made to provide the following facilities and equipment. The 5 following do not apply to TVA employees who are assigned to work from home except as 6 specifically noted:
8 1. Adequate space in each classroom in which employees may safely store instructional 9 materials and supplies; 10
11 2. An employee work area containing adequate equipment and supplies to aid in the 12 preparation of instructional materials; 13
14 3. In addition to the aforementioned work area, an appropriately furnished room, which 15 will include a telephone to be reserved for the use of the employees, as a faculty 16 lounge;
18 4. A serviceable desk and chair and filing cabinet of adequate size for employee use in 19 each classroom; 20
21 5. A communication system so that certificated employees can communicate with the 22 main building office from their classrooms. In the event the system just described does 23 not exist in a building, such a system will be included in any major remodeling project 24 for said building; 25
26 6. Well-lighted and clean employee restrooms, separate for each sex and separate from 27 student restrooms; 28
29 7. A separate, private dining area for the use of employees; 30
31 8. A private place with a locking door (bathrooms are not considered appropriate) that can 32 be used for expressing breast milk; and, 33
34 9. TVA employees who are assigned to work from home shall be provided district issued 35 computers, printers, document cameras, a second monitor, head set, and if needed, 36 ergonomic office equipment. The District shall provide home-based TVA employees 37 one classroom that is available to be booked for TVA use, as well as at least three (03) 38 office spaces and adequate facilities for storage. 39 40 If the District anticipates the need to limit the use of dorm-size refrigerators for 41 personal use, it will communicate with TEA in advance and meet in Article 2 to 42 address any concerns around impacts for bargaining unit members. Employees who 43 choose to install these items are responsible for their maintenance and to ensure they 44 do not create a safety hazard.
Facilities Provided. (a) Bedding and fresh linens for sleeper cabs shall be furnished and maintained by the Employer in a clean and sanitary condition. Complaints with respect to width, depth and condition of mattresses shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
(b) When ordering new sleeper cab equipment, the Employer shall specify the following minimum dimensions for the sleeper berths: Length 78” Width 34” Height 24”
(c) In addition to the air-ride or air-suspension seats required by Article 30, Section 4, sleeper cabs shall be equipped with a second comfortable truck seat which is secured to the floor.
(d) All new sleeper equipment must be provided with air-conditioning or a mechanical cooling system and heating appliances.
(e) In the event of mechanical failure of such air-conditioning and heating appliances, repairs shall be made at the point of breakdown if proper facilities are available. The breakdown time for air-conditioning is to be applied as follows: the drivers will not be paid for down time en route while getting air-conditioning fixed, but will get paid for heating appliances. In any event drivers will be paid under the away-from-home terminal breakdown clause at point of destination for such repairs.
Facilities Provided. The Company agrees to provide to the Representative office space, at its sole option, within the Company's premises at not cost to the Representative, and any costs incurred by the Company of the Representative in connection with the Representative's use of such facilities shall be borne by the Representative.
Facilities Provided a. The Facilities to be provided by the University under this Agreement for the exclusive purpose of operating the Camp, and the times and dates on which they will be provided, are set forth in Attachment A to this Agreement. This Agreement relates solely to the Facilities listed in Attachment A. This Agreement does not relate to food service, recreational facilities, residence halls, classrooms, meeting rooms or any other services or facilities of University that are or may be desired by the Camp Sponsors. The University’s obligation to provide any such services or facilities only arises if Camp Sponsors and University execute separate agreements for such services and facilities.
b. Camp Sponsors shall not injure, mar, or in any manner deface the Facilities and any other contiguous or surrounding property or permit the same to be done, and Camp Sponsors shall pay for all damages to the Facilities, including the building, equipment, furniture and other property, except for such damages arising from the acts of the University, its agents or employees.
Facilities Provided. 27.1 The Contract is to ensure that all IWM facilities used by XXXX, and any sub- contractors, is used with reasonable care at all times, to ensure that these facilities are fit for other users at all times.
27.2 XXXX shall ensure that all utility services are used with due regard to the need for the efficient use and conservation of supplies. XXXX shall observe any instructions issued by IWM in this connection.
27.3 Continuity of electricity, heating, water supplies and sewerage is not guaranteed and no liability will be accepted by IWM for shut-down or restrictions due to any cause whatsoever.
27.4 XXXX are not responsible for the maintenance of utility services to the Site, and any failure to provide these services during the installation works, will not be considered as a contract delay, and any impacts will be considered in relation to the contract completion date.
