Each of the Transferor and the Servicer shall have, on or prior to each Closing Date, indicated in its Receivables System, that such Purchased Property has been sold to the Trust and, upon pledge to the Administrative Agent under the Loan and Security Agreement, pledged to the Administrative Agent.
Indication of the Trust’s ownership of and the Administrative Agent’s security interest in a Receivable shall be deleted from or modified on the Receivables System and records of the Transferor, if any, when, and only when, the related Receivable shall have been paid in full or repurchased.
