Receiving Transaction Party definition

Receiving Transaction Party means, where one Transaction Party is required by an Issuer Document to make payment to another Transaction Party, the Transaction Party which is to receive such payment;
Receiving Transaction Party means, where any Transaction Party is under an obligation created by a Transaction Document to make payment to another Transaction Party, the Transaction Party which is to receive such payment;
