Recharacterized Class definition

Recharacterized Class has the meaning set forth in Section 11.12(c).
Recharacterized Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(b) of the Trust Agreement.

  • If the gross ordinary income of the Issuer for a month is insufficient for the allocations described in Section 2.11(b)(ii), gross ordinary income in later periods will first be allocated to each Recharacterized Class in alphabetical order (if applicable) to make up the shortfall before an allocation under Section 2.11(b)(iii).

  • Restricted Classes As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class HI M-1 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: M-1 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: M-1 Interest Shortfall, if any.

  • film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
