Recharge Water definition

Recharge Water means recycled municipal wastewater, or the combination of recycled municipal wastewater and credited diluent water, which is utilized by a GRRP for groundwater replenishment.
Recharge Water means water imported by, purchased from the District for the stated purpose, or controlled by Banker and delivered to the Banking Project for recharge and storage purposes.
