Recipient Bank definition

Recipient Bank means seller’s bank under Bank Payment Obligations.
Recipient Bank means a bank to which is addressed the payment order of the sender. "Sender” is a natural or legal person that gives a payment order to a recipient a bank. "Payee” is the party that shall receive a payment in a payment transaction.
Recipient Bank means the bank located at the Recipient Country at which the Recipient maintains a Recipient Account for the purpose of crediting the remittance payout.

  • Incomplete or Unclaimed GMTs. If the GMT is declined or unclaimed by the Recipient, or is not completed, we will attempt to obtain a refund at your request from the Recipient Bank.
