Recognition bond definition
Recognition bond means, as regards Peru, any instrument expressed in monetary terms issued by the State that, under the relevant domestic law, represents the contribution periods registered under the distribution system, prior to joining the new individual capitalization system;
Recognition bond means any security expressed in cash that, in accordance with the relevant domestic laws, represents the contribution periods made to a contributory system prior to joining an individually funded system;
Recognition bond means, in relation to Peru, securities denominated in cash and subject to a redemption condition which, under Peruvian laws, represents the periods in which a person made contributions to the national pension system prior to joining s a pension fund administrator’s system.
