Recognized provider definition

Recognized provider means any person, corporation or association approved either by the Board, the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE), or American Medical Association (AMA) Category I Programs, to conduct continuing education programs.
Recognized provider means a Physician, and to the extent benefits are provided by the Plan, shall also include health care professionals when state licensed or certified and when acting within the scope of his or her license or certification.
Recognized provider means a person or entity whose qualifications as a continuing education provider have been approved by the committee.
