Approved course means a course that has been approved by the department for the training of lead professionals.
Specified Courts is defined in Section 6.9.
Selected Courts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07.
Water course means a natural channel or an artificial channel formed by training or diversion of a natural channel meant for carrying storm and waste water.
Core Course means a course that a student admitted to a particular programme must successfully complete to receive the degree and which cannot be substituted by any other course.
Related Consumer Action means a private action by or on behalf of one or more consumers or an enforcement action by another governmental agency brought against Respondent based on substantially the same facts as described in Section IV of this Consent Order.
Other Actions means any other actions or proceedings, excluding the Proceedings, relating to Released Claims commenced by a Settlement Class Member either before or after the Effective Date.
Public defender means a federal public defender, county
Ordinary Course Professional Order means the Order Authorizing the Retention and Compensation of Certain Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary Course of Business [D.I. 765].
Juvenile court means the district court of this state.
Legal Action means and includes any claim, counterclaim, demand, action, suit, counterclaim, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation before any
Interfering Activities means (A) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Person employed by, or providing consulting services to, any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or services (or in the case of a consultant, materially reducing such services) with the Company Group; (B) hiring any individual who was employed by the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring; or (C) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Business Relation to cease doing business with or reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company Group, or in any way interfering with the relationship between any such Business Relation and the Company Group.
Regulatory Action means an administrative or regulatory enforcement action, proceeding, investigation or inspection, FDA Form 483 notice of inspectional observation, warning letter, untitled letter, other notice of violation letter, recall, seizure, Section 305 notice or other similar written communication, or consent decree, issued by the FDA.
Ordinary Course Professionals Order means any order of the Bankruptcy Court permitting the Debtors to retain certain professionals in the ordinary course of their businesses.
Medical malpractice judgment means any final order of any court entering judgment against a
Good Faith Contest means the contest of an item as to which: (a) such item is contested in good faith, by appropriate proceedings, (b) reserves that are adequate are established with respect to such contested item in accordance with GAAP and (c) the failure to pay or comply with such contested item during the period of such contest could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
Litigation means any lawsuit, action, arbitration, administrative or other proceeding, criminal prosecution or governmental investigation or inquiry.
CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced by the Applicant under the CCAA as contemplated by the Initial Order;
third party proceeding means any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, or investigative, other than an action by or in the right of the corporation.
qualifying course means a qualifying course as defined for the purposes of Parts 2 and 4 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996;
Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
training course means a course of training or instruction provided wholly or partly by or on behalf of or in pursuance of arrangements made with, or approved by or on behalf of, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, a government department or the Secretary of State.
Clerk of court means the official circuit court record- keeper for the case in question, which may be the clerk of circuit court, juvenile clerk, or register in probate for that county.
Regulatory Proceeding means a request for information, civil investigative demand, or civil proceeding commenced by service of a complaint or similar proceeding brought by or on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, or any federal, state, local or foreign governmental entity in such entity’s regulatory or official capacity in connection with such proceeding.
Motorcycling Activities means performing or participating in any capacity in any authorised or recognised Motorcycling Organisation event, meeting or activity;
