Reconciliation Charges definition
Reconciliation Charges means an amount equal to the difference between your actual spend on the date of termination of the Contract in accordance with Paragraph 8.11.1 and the Minimum Revenue Commitment, if any.
Reconciliation Charges means the total of any Reconciliation Transportation Charge Adjustments;
Reconciliation Charges means any lump sum charges payable by you to BT or EE in the circumstances set out in Paragraph 7.10.2.
