Reconciliation Information definition

Reconciliation Information means the information described in Section 9(b).
Reconciliation Information means information stating the amount of electricity supplied under, and the losses applied to, any contract for the sale or purchase of electricity to or from the clearing manager each half hour of a reconciliation period (or such other period as has been agreed to) calculated from and reconciled with metering information, consumption information and the relevant losses;

Examples of Reconciliation Information in a sentence

  • On June 1st of each year, we use your Reconciliation Information regarding your expected Earned Income for the coming year to re- estimate the amount of your Monthly Payment.

  • On or before April 30th of each year, we will review your Reconciliation Information for the prior year and determine if you overpaid or underpaid in the prior year.

  • If you have not provided us with your expected Earned Income as part of your Reconciliation Information, we will assume your Earned Income has increased by 10% and adjust your Monthly Payments accordingly, beginning with the payment due June 1st.

  • If Buyer requests a reconciliation and Seller fails to provide the Reconciliation Information within seven (7) calendar days after the Buyer’s reconciliation request, Buyer may adjust the Daily Amount to the amount specified in the Schedule of Purchased Receipts.

  • If Merchant requests a Reconciliation and fails to provide the Reconciliation Information within ten (10) calendar days after M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s reconciliation request, B▇▇▇▇ may consider M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s reconciliation request withdrawn.
