Reconstruction Work. (“gwaith ailadeiladu”) means work carried out—
Reconstruction Work has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.9.
Reconstruction Work has the meaning set forth in Section 7.20(e) hereof. Record Date with respect to any Payment Date, means the date which is 15 days (or if such date is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day) before such Payment Date or such other special Record Date as established by the Trustee in accordance herewith. Redemption Date when used with respect to any Certificate to be redeemed means the date fixed for such redemption by or pursuant to this Trust Agreement. Redemption Price when used with respect to any Certificate to be redeemed means the price (inclusive of accrued Interest and premium, if any) at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Trust Agreement and the terms of such Certificate.

Examples of Reconstruction Work in a sentence

  • Anything in this Ground Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, the period of time within which the Lessee shall be hereinabove obligated to complete the Reconstruction Work shall be extended for the period of any delay in said completion not within the reasonable control of the Lessee.

  • Lessee shall use diligent, good faith efforts to satisfy all conditions of any Permitted Leasehold Mortgage to permit release and disbursement of such proceeds towards the costs of the Reconstruction Work.

  • Developer covenants and agrees to promptly submit any claim for damage to the insurer, to promptly restore the Property to adequate, clean, and orderly condition and to commence the Reconstruction Work, as soon as practicable, and to fully complete such Reconstruction Work as expeditiously as reasonably possible.

  • Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the cost of the Reconstruction Work up to and not exceeding the net compensation amount realized by Landlord as a result of such taking (i.e., the gross amount of the compensation received by Landlord from the taking authority less all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Landlord in pursuing, prosecuting, and/or recovering its claim to such award).

  • All Reconstruction Work shall be performed pursuant to (and subject to) the requirements for Alterations set forth in Article VI.

  • In the event of the termination hereof before the expenditure of the full amount of such insurance proceeds for the Reconstruction Work, any unexpended balance thereof, including any interest previously earned by such balance, shall inure to and become the sole property of the Lessor.

  • All insurance proceeds shall be promptly used, to the extent necessary, for the reconstruction, repair, or replacement of the Project, so that the Project shall be restored to a condition comparable to the condition prior to the loss or damage (hereinafter referred to as "Reconstruction Work").

  • Developer shall comply in all respects with the provisions of Section 3.13 with respect to any Reconstruction Work.

Reconstruction Work shall have the meaning described in Section 10.6.
Reconstruction Work has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 13.7(b). “Related Parties” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 20.2.

Related to Reconstruction Work

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Reconstruction means the replacement of components of an existing facility to such an extent that:

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • Renovation means altering a facility or one or more facility components in any way, including the stripping or removal of RACM from a facility component. Operations in which load-supporting structural members are wrecked or taken out are demolitions.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction-in-Process means cash expenditures for land and improvements (including indirect costs internally allocated and development costs) determined in accordance with GAAP for all Properties that are under development or will commence development within twelve months from any date of determination.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • refurbishment means repairing of used electrical and electronic equipment as listed in Schedule I for extending its working life for its originally intended use and selling the same in the market or returning to owner;

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
