Recorded Material definition

Recorded Material means any material recorded by the system including images recorded on videotape, digital formats including DVD, CD or computer integral disc, or copying onto other formats such as printed stills. All references to video tape and video recorders in this Code apply equally to digital recording media, such as Digital Audio Tape, computer discs etc.
Recorded Material means any material recorded by, or as the result of, technical equipment which forms part of the Wychavon Closed Circuit Television System, and includes images recorded on videotape or by way of video copying, including video prints.
Recorded Material means a video recording, printed image or other material (including material stored electronically) that depicts (or is capable of depicting with the aid of an electronic device) the driver of a taxi or a member of the public and that is obtained through the use of a security camera system fitted to a taxi, or that can be traced to material obtained through the use of a security camera system fitted to a taxi;

  • The Recorded Material may be copyrighted, used, and/or published individually or in conjunction with other photography, video works, and recordings, and in any medium (including without limitation print publications, public broadcast, and electronic format) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation trade exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising, and electronic publication.
