Records Required. The contractholder will promptly give us, at our home office, any facts that we may need to administer the insurance under this contract and to determine the premiums. All of the contractholder's records which have a bearing on this insurance will be ready for us to inspect when and as often as we may, within reason, require.   • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Insurance Requirements means all terms of any insurance policy required by this Agreement and all requirements of the issuer of any such policy and all orders, rules and regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon Landlord, Tenant or the Leased Property.
