Recoupable Expenses definition

Recoupable Expenses refers to only third-party, verifiable expenses directly associated with the Film Festival Distribution of the Picture and includes only: shipping costs, and lab fees to download, author, duplicate, and repair exhibition copies. Recoupable Expenses may not exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) unless otherwise approved by Company in writing (via email to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx).

Recoupable Expenses. As used herein, the term expenses and/or recoupable expenses shall mean all of Distributor’s actual expenses on behalf of the Picture limited as follows:a) Promotional Expenses: These expenses include the cost of preparing posters, one-sheets, trailers and advertising.   • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

  • Eligible Expenses means expenses incurred for Medical Services rendered with respect to a Disability.

  • Allowable Expense means a necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense for health care, which is: • covered at least in part under one or more plans covering the person for whom the claim is made; and • incurred while this plan is in force. When a plan provides healthcare coverage in the form of services, the reasonable cash value of each service is considered as both an allowable expense and a benefit paid. Vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense under this plan.   • Administration Expenses Payment means the amount the Administrator will be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount to reimburse its reasonable fees and expenses in accordance with the Administrator’s “not to exceed” bid submitted to the Court in connection with Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
