Recourse Guaranty definition

Recourse Guaranty means any general recourse guarantee by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of Indebtedness pursuant to a Receivables Securitization, which guarantee is either unsecured or secured solely by a pledge of the Equity Interests of the Securitization Entity that is a party to such Receivables Securitization.
Recourse Guaranty means that certain Guaranty of Recourse Obligations of Borrower, dated as of the date hereof, by Guarantor in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Recourse Guaranty means that certain Guaranty of Recourse ----------------- Obligations of even date herewith, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion, from Guarantor for the benefit of Lender.

More Definitions of Recourse Guaranty

Recourse Guaranty means the guaranty of recourse obligations, dated as of the Closing Date, made in favor of Lender by Operating Partnership and Sponsor, as the same may be amended, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance herewith.

Required Lenders shall mean, at any date, those Lenders holding in aggregate greater than 2/3rd of the outstanding principal portion of the Loan; provided, that such Lenders shall be entitled to their voting, consent and approval rights.
