Parent Guaranty definition

Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent pursuant to Section 15.
Parent Guaranty means the Guaranty Agreement executed by the Parent in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders and any Specified Derivatives Providers, in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent set forth in Article VIII.

More Definitions of Parent Guaranty

Parent Guaranty means a Guarantee on the terms set forth in this Indenture by a Parent Guarantor of the Issuer’s obligations with respect to the Notes.
Parent Guaranty means the Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1.
