Recourse Guaranty (Intermediate Mezzanine means that certain Guaranty of Recourse Obligations of Mezzanine Borrower, dated as of the date hereof, by Guarantor in favor of Mezzanine Lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
