Recourse Liabilities Guaranty definition
Recourse Liabilities Guaranty means, with respect to an Individual Loan, the Recourse Liabilities Guaranty executed and delivered by Recourse Guarantor to Lender with respect to such Individual Loan, as amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof or thereof.
