Recruiting Services. “RMG SPOC” in the context of this Agreement, means the end to end recruitment services to be provided by the Vendor to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the in accordance with the Company’s Recruitment Procedure as provided under Exhibit A of this Agreement and all additions and variations to the same means the single point of contact nominated by the Resource Management Group of the Company to coordinate with the Vendor and Vendor SPOC
