Recurring Income definition

Recurring Income means any Revenue that is recurring in nature, including all trailing commission payments and all other ongoing income.
Recurring Income means all gross commission and fee income received by the Company or the Buyer (or any person, company or entity to whom the Business is transferred (whether by one transaction or a series of transactions) pursuant to any organization carried out by the Buyer or the Company) (Assignee) in respect of the Business. Recurring Income Period means the period of 12 months commencing on the Completion Date. Recurring Income Target means £144,185.00.
Recurring Income means the Representative’s remuneration from RI Advice Group under clause Representative’s Business means the business carried on by the Representative in utilising the appointment and authority granted by RI Advice Group to the Representative under this Agreement enabling the Representative utilising RI Advice Group’s expertise and know how, the Trade Mark (subject to clause 5), and RI Advice Group’s method of operation, marketing and sales techniques, accounting and computing techniques, and the Manual, to provide RI Advice Group Services; Representatives’ Guide means a periodical guide or guides published by RI Advice Group setting out processes, procedures and directions for the time being relating to the provision of RI Advice Group Services; Requested Information means the information the subject of a specific request for either or both of the following from RI Advice Group to the Representative:

  • None of the Assets which Seller purports to own or hold are subject to (i) any contract, lease (other than the existing lease with Buyer), license or sale, (ii) any security interest, mortgage, pledge, lien, or charge of any kind or character, direct or indirect, whether accrued, absolute, contingent or otherwise, (iii) any royalty or commission arrangements, or (iv) any adverse claims, covenants or restrictions (other than those proposed by applicable law or FCC requirements).

  • Recurring Revenue With respect to any Recurring Revenue Loan, the meaning of “Recurring Revenue” or any comparable definition in the related Underlying Instruments relating to recurring maintenance or support revenues, subscription revenues, and recurring revenues attributable to software licensed or sold (excluding one-time license revenues) in the Underlying Instruments for such Loan.

  • Operating Income means the Company’s or a business unit’s income from operations but excluding any unusual items, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Recurring Revenue Loan means a Collateral Loan that meets each of the following criteria as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower, subject to waiver by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the definition of Eligible Collateral Loan hereto (for the avoidance of doubt, if any Collateral Loan does not meet the below listed conditions, but such failure is waived by the Administrative Agent, such Collateral Loan shall still be subject to the Advance Rates, Concentration Limitations and Revaluation Events applicable to Recurring Revenue Loans set forth herein):

  • Qualifying Income Gross income that is described in Section 856(c)(2) or 856(c)(3) of the Code.

  • EBIT means, for any period, the net income of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis for such period plus each of the following with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis to the extent utilized in determining such net income: (a) Interest Expense and (b) provision for taxes.
