Recycling Rebate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

Recycling Rebate means the per ton price, if any, the Contractor agrees to pay to the City as a credit against the Contractor’s invoice to the City as compensation for the value of the Recyclable Materials.

  • Recycling Rebate Portion of the Rate 1288 When establishing the revenue requirement for the Recycling Rebate portion of the Rate for each Rate 1289 Year of the Agreement, starting with 2016, the revenue requirement shall include adjusting the per-Ton 1290 and annual Tonnage values considered in the establishment of the initial Recycling Rebate described in 1291 Section 5.2.5 above.
