Examples of Redeeming Holder in a sentence

  • Except as described below, a Redeeming Holder may not revoke or rescind a Redemption Notice after the applicable Redemption Notice Date.

  • Any Redeeming Holder redeeming Class A Units or Company Warrants in accordance with this Agreement may request that the Class A Shares or PubCo Warrants, as applicable, to be issued upon such Redemption be issued in a name other than such Redeeming Holder.

  • If a Redeeming Holder delays the consummation of a Redemption pursuant to this Section 3.7(d), the Redemption Date shall occur on the fifth Business Day following the date on which the conditions giving rise to such delay cease to exist (or such earlier day as PubCo, the Company and such Redeeming Holder may agree in writing).
