Redemption Calculation Period definition

Redemption Calculation Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Reference Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Redemption Calculation Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Redemption Calculation Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Redemption Calculation Date, provided that for the purposes of determining the Optional Redemption Amount, the last Redemption Calculation Date shall be the date falling such number of Business Days (as specified in the relevant Final Terms) prior to the Optional Redemption Date;

Related to Redemption Calculation Period

  • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • Interest Calculation Period means the period or periods for the calculation of the interest shown on the mortgage form;

  • Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(a) hereof.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
