Redemption Call definition

Redemption Call means a written notice from the Agent to the Companies stating that the Agent has determined any of the following:
Redemption Call means a written notice from the Agent to the Company stating that the Agent has determined that either (i) the weighted average FICO score of all pledged Alt-A Loans is less than 690 and calling on the Company to redeem lower FICO score pledged Alt-A Loans to correct such deficiency if and as required by Section 6.4, (ii) the weighted average FICO score of all pledged Second Lien Loans and HELOCs is less than 690 and calling on the Company to redeem lower FICO score pledged Second Lien Loans and HELOCs to correct such deficiency if and as required by Section 6.4, or (iii) less than ninety-five percent (95%) of the aggregate Principal Balances of all Pledged Loans — excluding Alt-A Loans, Second Lien Loans, Repurchased Loans, Subprime Loans, Jumbo Loans and Super Jumbo Loans — fully conform to all underwriting and other requirements for purchase by Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac and calling on the Company to redeem a sufficient number of nonconforming Mortgage Loans to correct such deficiency if and as required by Section 6.4
Redemption Call means a written notice from the Agent to the Company stating that the Agent has determined that the weighted average FICO score of all pledged Alt-A Loans is less than 680 and calling on the Company to redeem lower FICO score pledged Alt-A Loans to correct such deficiency if and as required by SECTION 6.4.

Examples of Redemption Call in a sentence

  • In any such case, such notice shall set out the formula for determining the Redemption Price or the Redemption Call Purchase Price, as the case may be, the Redemption Date and, if applicable, particulars of the Redemption Call Right.

  • In the case of a Redemption Date established in connection with a Parent Control Transaction, an Exchangeable Share Voting Event and an Exempt Exchangeable Share Voting Event, the written notice of redemption by the Corporation or the purchase by Parent under the Redemption Call Right will be sent on or before the Redemption Date, on as many days prior written notice as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation to be reasonably practicable in the circumstances.

Related to Redemption Call

  • Redemption Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plan of Arrangement.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Tax Redemption Date means, when used with respect to any Note to be redeemed pursuant to a Tax Redemption, the date fixed for such Tax Redemption pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Redemption Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for redemption;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;

  • Make-whole Redemption Rate means the sum, as calculated by the Make-whole Calculation Agent, of the Benchmark Rate and the Make-whole Margin.

  • Redemption Payment Date As defined in Section 13.1.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
