Related to Redemption Discount

  • Redemption Fee means unless specified otherwise in the relevant Supplement, a fee of up to 3% of the Net Asset Value of Shares being redeemed. The Redemption Fee is charged at the absolute discretion of the Directors, in consultation with the Manager. The party or parties entitled to such fee shall be described in the relevant Supplement.

  • Redemption Value means, in respect of a Unit, the price per Unit at which such Unit is redeemed, calculated in accordance with the Trust Deed.

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(1).

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Offer means the irrevocable written offer by each Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit N, submitted following the Administrative Agent’s receipt of a Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice.
