Redemption Fee definition

Redemption Fee means the fee applied by us for the return of funds to an IBAN Account holder, or Cardholder following a request for redemption by an IBAN Account holder Cardholder under this Agreement, as specified in the attached Fees & Limits Schedule;
Redemption Fee means unless specified otherwise in the relevant Supplement, a fee of up to 3% of the Net Asset Value of Shares being redeemed. The Redemption Fee is charged at the absolute discretion of the Directors, in consultation with the Manager. The party or parties entitled to such fee shall be described in the relevant Supplement.
Redemption Fee means, as of any Valuation Date, an amount per Security equal to the product of (i) 0.125% times (ii) the Current Principal Amount as of such Valuation Date.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no Subscription Fee or Redemption Fee will apply on conversions in addition to the Conversion Fee, if any.

  • Subscriptions for Shares may be subject to a Subscription Fee and redemptions of Shares may be subject to a Redemption Fee both calculated as specified in the Supplement, where applicable.
