Redemption Charge means the redemption charge, if any, payable on the redemption of Shares as

More Definitions of Redemption Charge

Redemption Charge means such charge as may be applied at the discretion of the Directors to a redemption of Participating Shares in the manner provided for in clause 12 of this Instrument.
