Redemption Charge definition

Redemption Charge means the redemption charge, if any, payable on the redemption of Shares as
Redemption Charge means such charge as may be applied at the discretion of the Directors to a redemption of Participating Shares in a Fund in the manner provided for in Clause 12 of this Instrument.

  • Redemption Charge A redemption charge will not be payable in respect of the Fund.

More Definitions of Redemption Charge

Redemption Charge means the for payable by an investor to the Fund on the redemption of Shares in a Fund as set out in the relevant Supplement.
