Redemption Limit definition

Redemption Limit means the sum of the Maximum Daily Redemption Limits relating to the Notes. "Registered Securities" has the meaning given to it in Condition 2.
Redemption Limit means with respect to a Class, a limit per Business Day on the Redemption of Metal Securities with a Metal Entitlement that has a market value (as determined by the Determination Agent), exceeding such limit, as such limit may be notified to the Securityholders in accordance with Condition 17 (Notices).   • Prospective investors should be aware that it is possible that the Maximum Daily Redemption Limit could cause the ETP Securities to trade at a higher premium or result in a discount to the ETP Security Value.

  • Maximum Daily Redemption Limit means a maximum limit (if applicable) on the redemption number of ETP Securities of a Series on any Optional Redemption Pricing Date, as may be amended by the Margin Loan Provider from time to time in accordance with the terms of the LS Margin Account Agreement and the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.
