Redemption Property definition

Redemption Property means property, and, if applicable, a Cash Component, which, in compliance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement, must be transferred by the Trust to the Authorized Participant, its Agent or the Authorized Participant Client in exchange for Shares.
Redemption Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c) hereof.
Redemption Property has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.

  • Proceeds of a Redemption Order shall consist of Redemption Property, less any applicable Cash Amount.

  • Redemption Proceeds means any proceeds in any applicable currency from a redemption in respect of the Charged Assets in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Charged Assets.
