Redemption/ Repayment. If indicated in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Notes of a particular tenor will be subject to redemption in whole or in part, at the option of the Company, on and after an initial redemption date as set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement and in the applicable Note. The redemption price will be set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement and in the applicable Note. If indicated in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Notes of a particular tenor will be subject to repayment at the option of the holders thereof in accordance with the terms of the Notes on a repayment date as set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement and in the applicable Note. The repayment date or dates and the repayment price will be set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement and in the applicable Note.
Redemption/ Repayment. The pricing supplement relating to each Note will describe the option, if any, of the Company to redeem such Notes and the period or periods within which, or the date or dates on which, the prices at which and the terms and conditions upon which, such Notes may be redeemed, in whole or in part upon the exercise of such option. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable pricing supplement, the Notes will be redeemable only upon at least 30 days, but not more than 60 days prior notice mailed to the registered address of each holder of the Note. The Notes may be subject to repayment at the option of the Holders thereof in accordance with the terms of the Notes, which will be fixed at the time of sale and set forth in the applicable pricing supplement. If no optional repayment date is indicated with respect to a Note, such Note will not be repayable at the option of the Holder prior to its Stated Maturity Date.

  • The Redemption Price of each Debenture shall be equal to the sum of (1) the Redemption Repayment Amount of such Debenture, (2) any accrued and unpaid interest on such Debenture to the Redemption Date, and (3) subject to Section 213, any Final Period Distribution on such Debenture.

Unless otherwise specified in an applicable Pricing Supplement, the interest factor for Notes for which the interest rate is calculated with reference to two or more Base Rates will be calculated in each period in the same manner as if only the lowest of the applicable Base Rates applied.
