Redemption Resolution definition

Redemption Resolution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(b).
Redemption Resolution means that certain resolution passed by the board of directors or other governing body of the Holder which authorizes the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the undersigned on behalf of the Holder.

  • Redemption Basket means 100,000 Units or such other number of Units as may be determined by the General Partner from time to time, redeemed by a Participant.
