Payment of the Liquidated Damages Amount shall not relieve Redeveloper of its obligation to pay real estate taxes or assessments with respect to the Redevelopment Project Property and the Project.
Redeveloper shall pay all costs related to the redevelopment of the Redevelopment Project Area and the Redevelopment Project Property which are in excess of the amounts paid from the proceeds of the grant provided from the proceeds of the Indebtedness and granted to Redeveloper.
