Reduced Acquisition Loan Note definition

Reduced Acquisition Loan Note means that certain Amended and Restated Replacement Reduced Acquisition Loan Promissory Note, dated the date hereof, in the principal amount of Four Hundred Ten Million and No/100 Dollars ($410,000,000), made by Mortgage Borrowers in favor of Mortgage Lender, and as the same hereafter may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Reduced Acquisition Loan Note shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

  • Acquisition Loan means a loan or other extension of credit, including an installment obligation to a “party in interest” (as defined in Section 3(14) of ERISA) incurred by the Trustee in connection with the purchase of Company Stock.

  • Revolving Loan Notes means with respect to any Borrower the promissory notes of such Borrower in favor of each Lender evidencing the Revolving Loans made to such Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.7(a), as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Term Loan Advances are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Term Loan Amount means with respect to any Term Loan Lender, the amount equal to its Term Loan Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan.
