Redundant Assets the assets, shares and debt of each of JSG and Kappa set out in Parts 1 and 2 respectively of Schedule 4. “JSG Redundant Assets” are as set out in Part 1 of Schedule 4 and “Kappa Redundant Assets” are as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 4.
