Reference Bond Dealers definition
Reference Bond Dealers means Barclays Bank PLC, Merrill Lynch International and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Bond Dealers (as defined below)) and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a broker or dealer of, and/or market maker in, German government bonds (a “Primary Bond Dealer”), the Company will substitute therefor another Primary Bond Dealer.
Reference Bond Dealers means each of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ International and their successors, and one other firm that is a broker of, and/or market maker in German government bonds (each a “Primary Bond Dealer”) which the Company specifies from time to time; provided, however, that if any of them ceases to be a Primary Bond Dealer, the Company shall substitute another Primary Bond Dealer.
Reference Bond Dealers means Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, and J. P. Morgan Securities plc (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Bond Dealers (as defined below)) and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a broker or dealer of, and/or market maker in, German government bonds (a “Primary Bond Dealer”), the Issuer will substitute therefor another Primary Bond Dealer in its sole discretion.
