Reference data means one or several of the following characteristics of a seating position:
Reference data means any information, including the personal particulars of a registered person, which may be handled by the financial enterprise managing the Central Credit Information System in accordance with the Hpt.

Reference data whose commission shall be the responsibility of Landlord.
